CRAWFISH OR SHRIMP FETTUCCINE

 

INGREDIENTS:

 

-1 CUP BUTTER

- 2 GREEN BELL PEPPERS, CHOPPED

-3 MEDIUM ONIONS, CHOPPED

- 3 STALKS CELERY, CHOPPED

-3 CLOVES GARLIC, MINCED

-2 LBS CRAWFISH OR SHRIMP

-1 PINT 1/2 & 1/2 CREAM

- FETTUCCINE NOODLES

-1 LB JALAPENO VELVEETA CHEESE

 

 

INSTRUCTIONS:

IN A LARGE SKILLET, MELT BUTTER. ADD BELL

PEPPERS, ONIONS, CELERY, AND GARLIC.

COOK 10 MINUTES; ADD CRAWFISH OR SHRIMP

AND COOK AN ADDITIONAL 10 MINUTES.

ADD 1/2 & 1/2 AND JALAPENO CHEESE. COOK

OVER LOW HEAT UNTIL CHEESE MELTS,

STIRRING FREQUENTLY TO AVOID STICKING.

PREPARE FETTUCCINE ACCORDING TO

PACKAGE DIRECTIONS. DRAIN, THEN

COMBINE WITH CRAWFISH MIXTURE IN 3 QUART

CASSEROLE DISH. COVER AND BAKE AT

350 DEGREES FOR 30 MINUTES.
