Mythwatch.org

Mythwatch
“MythWatch.org” is a commentary on archetypes and how they are generated, and sustained, within our culture. The work presents seven contemporary myths played out against video and Flash animation backgrounds. Each myth has an audio track as part of its presentation. The piece also has a database function which allows readers to write their own “headlines” of mythic occurrences into the MythWatch.org site. At the end of the piece, once the seven myths have been navigated, the reader sees an RSS feed generating headlines from around the world where the word “myth” appears.
