Stuart Moulthrop is a teacher, writer, and media tinkerer who lives in Baltimore, Maryland. His creative works include Victory Garden (Eastgate Systems, 1991) and another Web project called "The Color of Television" (with Sean Cohen, 1996). His non-fiction and scholarly articles have appeared in conference proceedings of the Association for Computing Machinery, Modern Fiction Studies,and Wired. He currently co-edits the on-line journal Postmodern Culture.
