Authorities today took action against the "Bet Your Life" establishment in the Huntington Mall, closing the store and arresting Annabelle Thompson, proprietor, on charges of fraud.  The arrest comes in the wake of complaints from Huntington Beach High School and Bolsa High School authorities and the community at large about the recent deaths arising from "wagers" made by the customers at the store.
