Text Menu

Him has a minimalist look and feel where the radio button anchors are modestly set off from the rest of the piece:

The work uses 5 radio buttons as the primary anchors to control the piece. Activating a radio link provides text in the middle grey box and an accompanying animated illustration in the right-hand box. These screen spaces remain consisent throughout the piece.

The anchors are thus clustered into a minimal menu. Like War Games--Catch the LandMine!! [40] and Pax [46], different, seemingly random, content is served each time the anchors are triggered. This, combined with their minimalist look, strips these anchors of any denotative or connotative function.

Content is usually contained in one node. At times, the content is split into two nodes and readers can use a next triangle to access the rest of the text.
